Check in at Mall of the Emirates and other stations

The opportunity for Emirates to introduce self-service check in kiosks at key Dubai Metro stations has been possible due to the relaxation of the regulations governing luggage on the Dubai Metro,

Passengers can use the machines to access their boarding passes up to 2 hours before their departure time and travel directly to Emirates Terminal 3 on the Metro in Dubai.

Emirates’ divisional senior vice president for Airport Services, Mohammed H Mattar,  said:

“Self-service check-in kiosks at some of Dubai’s metro stations are an innovation that will allow Emirates’ customers the convenience to access their boarding pass before they get to Dubai airport.”

The new check-in machines are located at Mall of the Emirates, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall and Financial Centre Metro stations on the Dubai Metro Red line.
