Dubai Airports, operator of the world’s 2nd busiest Airport has been named as the Employer of the Year at the Middle East HR Excellence Awards 2013 in a ceremony in Dubai.
The Institute for International Research (IIR), part of Informa plc, a leading international provider of specialist information and services for the academic, scientific, professional and commercial business communities, gives The Employer of the Year award to a company or organisation that demonstrates superior people management strategies resulting in a productive, engaged and motivated workforce and becoming an employer of choice.

Dubai International Airport, operated by Dubai Airports, is already the world’s 2nd busiest airport for international passengers, and is projected to handle 65 million passengers by the end of the year.
