Ahlan Service at Dubai Airport
Dubai Airport’s Ahlan service consists of a luxury lounge and events counter which is located within the arrivals area at Terminal 1. The events counter and the luxury lounge at Dubai Airport can be hired by any individual or company. The Events and Ceremonies Division (PR) is responsible for operating the Ahlan services at Dubai International Airport.
Dubai Airport – APMS
(APMS) is an online Airport Pass Management System at Dubai Airport which is an application developed to automate the Pass Management process. This online registration service which provides a request for pass and access rights over the internet facilitates the Dubai Airport pass process involving the concerned parties and simultaneously integrates as part of a Dubai e-government solution.
What is APMS about?
Dubai’s Airport Pass Management System is basically an online service to apply for Airport Entry Passes. Currently it is only available for companies who are registered and approved. The approved companies can use this service to apply for passes through this online service and also track the progress of this request.

Executive Flight Services (EFS) at Dubai Airport
(EFS) Executive Flight Services at Dubai International Airport takes care of high class and Royal passengers that often travel through Dubai International Airport . Executive flight services are handled at Dubai Airport’s Executive Flight Terminal.
This eService was shaped in accordance with the Dubai e-government initiative taken by the Rulers Court. This particular eService for Dubai International Airport will help these particular types of passengers stay informed about all the facilities they are entitled to and also allow them to make advanced reservations for those services and avoid any delay in their travel through Dubai Airport.
Dubai Airport – SMS Flight Notification
This simple to use SMS flight service for Dubai Airport means that flight information can be delivered direct to your mobile phone with a UAE – Etisalat SIM card installed. The total cost for receiving the specified flight information will be *18 fils if you are within the UAE and *60 fils if you are abroad.
*Please note that SMS costs are subject to change.
To use the Flight Notification service follow these steps:
1 – Create a new message using your mobile phone
2 – Type FI then space then the flight number (Example: FI EK001)
3 – Send the message to 4488
4 – Current flight details will be sent back immediately
Note: Arrival/Departures Flights (-2 to +22 hours) available for this service.
To use the Flight Tracking service follow these steps:
1 – Create a new message using your mobile phone
2 – Type FIT then space then the flight number (Example: FIT EK001)
3 – Send the message to 4488
4 – Current flight details will be sent back immediately, and keep tracking the flight for you
